When you share a memory: your name, email, optional phone number, your story, the photos you upload, and the details you give about them. When you subscribe: your first name and email. When you write to us: your name, email and message. We also record which boxes you ticked and when.
How we use it
We use your memory submission to review it and, only if our team approves it, to share it with credit. We use your newsletter details to send the emails you asked for. We use contact messages to reply to you.
Photos and stories
Uploaded photos are stored privately. Nothing is published automatically. Only submissions our team approves are copied to a public location.
We only send newsletters if you ticked the box and confirmed by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics

Service providers
